"Yes, I have two pairs. I have one pair from the very first film and one from the last," Daniel told Alex Zane, a host of the "Harry Potter and The Deathly Hallows - Part 2" official premiere web stream, held in Trafalgar Square, London, on Thursday. "So I've got my fair share of swag."
The actor, who flew in from New York City, where he's starring on Broadway in "How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying," said the film, due out stateside on July 15, will impress the fans.
"I cannot emphasize enough how far ahead this film is from any of the others," Daniel gushed. "It's amazing. I am so proud of this film and the way we have gone out in this film. We could just not have made a better version of this film. It's staggeringly good and I'm a harsh critic of these films. I think people are gonna go crazy for it."
The actor, who is just 21, said he will always remain close with his co-stars - Emma Watson (Hermione) and Rupert Grint (Ron).
"I think we always know the tie that binds us is this series," he said. "That will always connect us."
Daniel was the second to last "Potter" star to hit the red carpet - author JK Rowling was last - and he couldn't contain his excitement over Thursday's event.
"It's a moment where you just have to let yourself sit back [and say], 'This is pretty damn cool!'" Daniel said. "This will never happen to me again... This is a one off.
"It seems like a fitting event," he added, still taken aback by the crowds and the giant red carpet. "Yeah, it's pretty amazing."
Daniel told the fans gathered in the square that while the film series is ending, Thursday wasn't a day to be down in the dumps.
"It's the last one, there is a bit of sadness, but generally speaking, it's a day to be elated," he said.
