Rumor has it that rather than hanging up her Sex and the City Manolos, Sarah Jessica Parker may be passing her pumps on to Blake Lively. Producers have their eye on B for the movie adaptation of the SATC prequel novel, The Carrie Diaries—and she obviously has the style to pull it off. So if Blake plays Carrie Bradshaw back in the day, who would you cast as Miranda, Charlotte and Samantha?
